"End of the Road" ~ Rough seas at the end of the road at Coumeenoole Beach on the Dingle Peninsula. A seal was spotted swimming in the rolling surf moments before. This multi-frame stitched photo has an aggregate size of 48 megapixels.
“Slea Head Crucifix” ~ A major landmark along the Slea Head Drive is this Crucifix at Slea Head (Ceann Sléibhe in Irish). It marks the boundary between two Church Parishes – Dingle Town Parish & the Parish of Ballyferriter – and has been named the "Cornerstone of the Peninsula". Funded by an Irish-American Lawyer who was a relative of a local priest, the Crucifix was erected at the site Pre-1960's.
