"Snow and Moon, Red Rock Canyon" ~ On a rare snowy day in western Las Vegas, I headed to the nearby Red Rock National Conservation Area to take some photos of the snow-covered mountains and foothills. I noticed where the path of the setting moon was heading, so I looked for a location and composition to capture the moon before it disappeared into the clouds that were rolling over the peaks.
